The Site is provided to give visitors information about Cardanel's platform and to let prospective customers request a demo. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through automated scraping that places undue load on it.
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a demo request.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Cardanel name and marks, and the underlying design and code, are owned by or licensed to Cardanel and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, to the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cardanel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia.
